Its necessity

Banco Santander wished to have an objective and impartial information on the quality of their services of Home Banking and its participated companies. In addition it wished to have comparative information with some reference organization. Banco Santander did not wish to install nor to administer no additional tool in their infrastructures.
Our solution

To offer a service of outsourcing of monitorization based on our tool ISM that allows in the same way to automate operations that the users realize. Accounts in the organizations indicated by Banco Santander were opened to guarantee that the use was the same that the one that makes the real users.
