Its necessity

Colt Telecom is one of the most important and prestigious communications and Data Centre services suppliers of Spain (among other many countries). In order to maintain the quality level of its services and to allow its team to be focused in their core business, decided to outsource this service required for the ongoing business.
Our solution

To offer a service of outsourcing of the 24x7 operation of their IDC in Barcelona to guarantee that all the contracted services are provided day by day with the agreed quality level thus monitoring and administrating to day of transparent form for Colt Telecom.
To offer a service of Service Management to provide to Colt a synthetic and simplified information of all the tasks and incidences managed that allow them to be in control and up-to-date allowing them to take decisions with all the information in the hand.
