The new concept of helpdesk

Currently, we use WhatsApp to communicate easily and quickly, but what if this App could be connected to our customer support platform?

This is possible with Freshdesk, which makes it even easier for us to contact with clients in order to offer them an agile and efficient service.

The next May 30th, our Freshworks partner will be at NexTReT’s headquarters to explain first-hand how to take advantage of the platform.
